Nasty Cracks Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Nasty Cracks. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, our return policy strictly adheres to health and safety standards. Please review our guidelines below before making your purchase.
1. Health & Hygiene Regulations (Opened Items)
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any bidets that have been opened, unsealed, or installed. Once the factory seal is broken, or the product has been removed from its original packaging, it is no longer eligible for a return. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest hygiene standards.
2. Returns for Unopened Items (14 Days)
If you change your mind and your Nasty Cracks box is 100% unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Once we receive the package and verify that the seal is completely unbroken, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
We stand by the quality of our hardware. If your item arrives damaged in transit or experiences a clear manufacturing defect (such as missing parts or leaking right out of the box), please reach out to us.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a defective unit.

We provide fast, free replacements for defective units (please note that we offer replacements rather than cash refunds for defective items).

To process your replacement, we require clear video or photographic proof of the damage or defect.
4. How to Initiate a Request
To start a return for an unopened item, or to request a replacement for a defective unit, please email our customer support team at info@nastycracks.com
Please include the following in your email:

A brief explanation of your request.

Clear photos or videos (required for defective claims, or to show the unbroken seal for a standard return).
If your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send the package back to the manufacturer or the address on the original shipping label without contacting our team first, as your package will be lost and your return cannot be processed.
